Getting Started
ParseStream monitors Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, X, and Hacker News for mentions of your keywords. When someone talks about topics relevant to your brand, you'll see it in your dashboard.
Quick Start
- Create an account with Google or email
- Add your brand (website URL and description)
- Add keywords you want to track
- Mentions appear in your dashboard within 5-15 minutes

Mentions API
Pull mentions out of ParseStream programmatically and pipe them into Zapier, your data warehouse, internal dashboards, or any custom tool. The API is read-only, brand-scoped, and authenticated with a long-lived API key.
The Mentions API exposes the same data you see in the Mention Explorer through a single REST endpoint. Each API key is scoped to one brand, so the brand is auto-derived from the key — you never pass a brand id.

Credits are consumed by:
- 1 credit per approved mention
- +1 credit for AI filtering
- +1 credit for Lead Detection
- +1 credit for LinkedIn mentions
- +0.5 credit for X (Twitter) mentions
- 5 credits per AI-generated reply
Example: an approved mention (1 credit) with Lead Detection (+1 credit) = 2 credits.
